PHILEXPORT R3 is a non-profit organization based in Clark Freeport Zone that strengthens Central Luzon’s export industry by providing strategic support, trade promotion, capacity-building, policy advocacy, and export facilitation services to businesses across the region.

Strengthening Central Luzon’s export industry through
strategic support to businesses across the region
Deco Central Showroom
PHILEXPORT Region 3 established Deco Central, a lifestyle showroom that highlights the craftsmanship of Central Luzon’s leading manufacturers in furniture, furnishings, lighting, and home accessories. This initiative provides a curated collection that reflects the region’s dedication to quality and innovation.
Trade Promotion & Market Access
PHILEXPORT Region 3 is actively involved in major regional trade promotion activities such as the Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair. This annual event, jointly organized with DTI-3, provides a crucial platform for local MSMEs to showcase their products in high-traffic areas like Metro Manila, fostering linkages with institutional buyers.
Capacity Building & Technical Assistance
Recognizing the need to enhance the capabilities of exporters, PHILEXPORT Region 3 facilitates various training programs and seminars. These cover essential topics such as entrepreneurial mindsetting, marketing, business model canvass, product development and innovation, operations management, supply chain, human resources, financial management, and even green economy concepts to promote sustainable practices.
One-Stop Export Documentation Center (OSEDC)
Simplifies and streamlines export procedures. This allows exporters to process necessary documents, such as Export Declarations and secure an Authority to Load, in a single location.
Client Profile Registration System (CPRS)
A crucial electronic module of the Bureau of Customs’ (BOC) “e2m” (electronic to mobile) project in the Philippines.
Travel Tax Exemption (TTE) Endorsement
Facilitating travel tax exemptions for exporters participating in international trade fairs and marketing activities.
Advocacy & Policy Development
As the voice of Central Luzon exporters, PHILEXPORT Region 3 actively engages in policy discussions. They prepare position papers on issues affecting the industry, such as the impact of international tariffs, and advocate for government support mechanisms like financial assistance, tax relief, and market diversification programs.
Industry Cluster Enhancement
PHILEXPORT Region 3 supports the development and promotion of industry clusters in Central Luzon. Key identified clusters include Cacao, Coco Coir, Coffee, Processed Fruits and Nuts, Wearables and Homestyles, and Bamboo, aiming to integrate various business development services for these sectors.
